The Land of Extreme starts off its first live weekly show with highlights from the most extreme moments in wrestling, past and present. As the video comes to a finish the LOE cameras pan around the small arena located in South Philly. As the fans are jam packed in the birthplace of the original ECW and anxious for their first dose of the Land of Extreme. The cameras soon pan down to ringside where Joey Styles and Paul Heyman sit in the commentator’s booth, ready for the first episode of LOE Mayhem!
Joey Styles: Hello everybody, I’m Joey Styles…
Paul Heyman: And I’m Paul Heymen.
Joey Styles: And we welcome you to the second edition of.... MAYHEM!!
Paul Heyman: You bet we do, Styles! And tonight, we have some awesome matches
Joey Styles: That we do, let's get started!
Randy Orton and Justin Credible already take their spots in the squared circle. They lock up, Orton tales the quick advantage, getting a side head lock. He pushes Credible against the ropes. Justin bounces back, and hits a clothesline on Orton. He yanks on Randy’s tights, to get him up. Justin measures Orton out… RKO! Justin just used the legendary move against it’s creator! Justin chuckles and rolls ontop of Orton. The ref slides in to make the count.
1…2…3.
The fans, the commentators, the ring announcer, the tech crew, and pretty much everyone who just witnessed this, burst out laughing. Justin stands up, and pretends to whipe the dirt from his shirt. He heads towards the back.
LOE returns to a commercial break showing fans all over the arena screaming to tht top of their lungs. The camera paces all over the arena and makes its final stop over to the commentary table as Joey Styles and Paul Heymen are shown.
Joey Styles:Hello Ladies and Gentlemen welcome back to Mayhem, thank you for inviting us to your home. We have a exciting tage team main event for you.
Paul Heymen:Your damn right we do! I can't wait until Miz and Morrison destroy Hardy and Twisted.
Joey Styles:Well we are gonna have to wait and find out to see if your right. Up next we have........
Styles gets cut off once again by "Come As You Are" as it blasts out through out the arena. The fans go into boos quickly showing their hate towards Raven. Raven comes through the curtains with a mic in his hand, wearing his sleeveless Raven shirt, short jeans slighty ripped on the bottom, and his flanal jacket around his waist. Also around his waist, he has the LOE World heavyweight Champion. Raven rolls into the ring and sits in the corner with his back towards the bottom turnbuckle. Ravens music stops and puts the mic to his mouth and begins to speak.
Raven:That is music to my ears. Do you honestly think that your hatrage is supposed to bother me? You think wrong. I've been hated my whole life, and its not news to me. Last week I made my statement. I did what I did and now I come here as your new World Heavyweight Champion. Now I know that makes me the man that everyone wants, but that doesn't scare me. That's what I want! It just gives me more people to make a statement of. Anyone who wants to come and "try" to take me on will regret it. Now rumors are that Jeff Hardy wants a rematch. Well news flash Jeff, your turn is over, get in the back of the line, your history end of story. Now there are other rumors that........[/color]
Just as Raven is about to say who else to next in line a familar music plays as fans begin to cheer due to the fact that someone interupted Raven. People begin to reconize what song it is as "What Time Is It?" continues to play. People begin to scream louder knowing that it is Rey Mysterio. Rey walks through the curtain with a mic in his hand. Rey stops on the stage and puts the mic to his mouth as his song fades away.
Rey:Raven, your something else. You come out here and talk about how whoever comes out here will regret. Your not the same. What happen to the man that would not talk and just use the action for his words. You've changed, and now you've lost my respect.
Raven laughs at what Rey just said as he gets up and looks at Rey and begins to speak again.[/color]
Raven:Your respect? I don't care about your respect. Rey, your nothing just like everyone else. It doesn't matter if your come out here and try to be the big man and disrespect me like that. You've got alot of nerve.
Rey:Yeah, I do got alot of nerve. Your gonna love this one. I want you to make a statement out of me, I'm challenging you to a match right now and we'll see if your a man of your word.
Raven:You want a match with me? Do you know what mistake your gonna make? Fine I accept your final match. .
Rey nods his head and drops the mic as he begins to walk down the ramp. Raven takes off his belt and his jacket and throws the mic as a ref comes from the back.
A referee makes it down to ringside; he rings the bell starting the match. Raven quickly slides out of the ring; he then looks under the ring for some weapons. Mysterio stays in the ring while Raven pulls out steel garbage cans, lids, chairs, and lastly he slides a table in the ring. Mysterio grabs a trash can lid, as raven slides into the ring he gets hit rite in the head by the weapon and falls back. Raven makes it to his knees, he begs for mercy but Mysterio has nothing to with it as he raises his weapon in the air. He is about to slam it against Raven’s head but Raven quickly hits Mysterio with a low blow sending Mysterio down to the mat in pain. Raven walks over to a garbage can; he goes over to the fallen luchador and throws it at his back. Raven grabs the can once more and goes over to a turnbuckle where he sticks it in-between the ropes. Mysterio gets back to his knees and nails Raven in the back with a dropkick causing Raven to go face forward into the trash can set in-between the ropes and turnbuckle. Mysterio walks over and grabs the table; he sets it up in the middle of the ring. Raven crawls his way to the ringropes but stops due to the fact that he doesn’t have the energy to do so, his neck is against the rope which gives Mysterio the perfect opportunity to hit a 619. Rey sprints over to the ropes, grabs them and swings his feet right into ravens face, connecting with a 619; Raven falls against the table. Rey places raven onto the table and walks over to the turnbuckle; he climbs to the top and points to the sky as a tribute to his late friend Eddie Guerrero. Rey flies off the top rope and hits a perfect frog splash through Raven and the table. Rey goes for the pin.[/b]
1……2…….3!!!![/i]
The referee calls for the bell as Mysterio’s music plays. The referee raises Rey’s hand up high as fans cheer for the smallest big man. Raven lays in the middle of the carnage knocked out as Mayhem goes to a commercial break.[/b]
LOE comes back from another commercial break showing Nunizo in the ring as his music is heard from the background as the bell rings.[/b]
Justin Roberts:The following contest if scheduled for one fall! And it is a Extreme Opportunist Qualifying match. Already in the ring, from Little Italy, New York, weighting in at 170 pounds! Nunizo!
Nunizo taunts to the crowd as the fans boo at Nunizo. Nunizo's stops as he awaits for his opponent.
Just then "WalK" plays as the fans cheer for RVD. RVD comes through the curtain. RVD walks down the ramp and rolls under the ring and spins with his arms in the air. RVD then goes on the turnbuckle and sticks his arms out with his thumbs out, points to himself as the fans scream out "R-V-D". RVD gets down and waits for the ref to ring the bell.
Justin Roberts:And the opponent, from Battlecreek, Michigan, weighting in at 235 pounds! Rob Van Dam!
Ding Ding Ding![/i]
The bell rings starting with Nunizo having the first advantage. Nunizo kicks RVD in the gut followed by a DDT as RVD hits his head hard on the mat. Nunizo rolls under the ropes to the outside, searches under the ring and pulls out a ladder. RVD gets up and notices the ladder and baseball kicks it into Nunizo's face. RVD gets out the ring and grabs a chair. RVD throws it to Nunizo but Nunizo catches it and smacks it right in RVD's face and goes for the pin.
1.............................2..................................kickout!
RVD kicks out and Nunizo gets up and throws him into the ring. Nunizo looks under the ring and gets a 2x4, pulls out a toolbox and gets out a hammer. Nunizo gets the in the ring and yells at RVD saying "where's my money" as if RVD was one of the men that owes Nunizo money. Nunizo hits RVD with the hammer on the leg as RVD holds his leg and screams in pain. Nunizo does it about three more times as RVD screams and can hardly get up. Nunizo drops the hammer and grabs the 2x4 and is about to hit RVD with it but some how RVD kicks the 2x4 into Nunizo's face with the other leg. Just then the fans cheer gets alittle to loud as Johnny "The Bull" Stamboli comes running the ring, grabs the hammer, stands on the apron and wacks RVD right in the back of the head ad RVD falls down stunned. Stamboli gets in the ring and pulls Nunizo on RVD as the ref counts.[/b]

The bell rings as Nunizo's song plays. Stamboli picks up Nunizo and gets out the ring and carrys him up the ramp to the back as LOE goes to a commerical break.[/b]
LOE Mahem returns. Instead of being taken to ringside, the camera takes us backstage where backstage interviewer Sho Funaki stands. He holds a microphone as smiles into the camera and speaks.[/b]
Funaki: This is Funaki! Mayhem’s Numbah One! Announcer! And to my side is the man who tonight faces Matt Sydal in an Extreme Opportunists match, CM Punk![/i]
CM Punk walks into the camera view, he stands besides Funaki, wearing his usual wrestling attire and a black t-shirt that reads “Straight Edge, Hardcore.” Punk puts his hands on his waist and has a look of confidence on his face.
Funaki: Now Punk, you face Matt Sydal. What are your thoughts on Matt Sydal?
CM Punk: Funaki, the way I look at this fiasco, is like this. Sydal, keeps talking and talking and talking and what is he doing? Nothing. Well, suposevley he will do something about it tonight. Well, Matt, you know where to find me. But something tells me that tonight, I will prove that straight-edge means I’m better than you![/i]
Punk walks away, while crossing his arms, from Funaki as the camera takes us down to ringside.
We cut to the ring, and already see Matt Sydal in the ring…
“This Fire Burns” slams through the PA system, as some fan begin their boo. CM Punk runs down to the ring, and taunts on the ropes. He hops down and stares at Sydal. He looks at all the fans, who boo him crazily.
CM Punk and Sydal lock up in the center of the ring, as the fans watch on in anticipation. CM Punk spins around, and locks Sydal in an armbar, pushing his elbow up in a way it is not supposed to bend. Sydal yelps in pain, and quickly drops out, landing on his butt. Sydal grabs Punk’s hands and flips him over, causing Punk to flop on his back. Sydal pushes up on his back and gets to his feet. Punk gets up and turns around and runs into an arm drag delivered by Sydal. Punk stumbles up to his feet, and Sydal throws him down with another arm drag. Sydal gets up on the second rope and taunts. CM Punk runs from behind and pulls his feet out, causing him to smack his face against the turnbuckle. CM Punk turns Sydal around and lams his back into the turnbuckle covers. He punches him with lefts and rights. Punk backs up and jumps up, making his knee connect to Sydal’s face. Punk spins around, and wraps the inside of his elbow around Sydal’s skull. He runs off with Sydal and jumps up, moments later Sydal’s face crushes down upon the ground with a Bulldog! Punk gets up, and hops over the rope, he waits for Sydal to get up and leaps, taking him out with a Flying Clothesline. Punk measures out Sydal… he turns around and if lifted onto the shoulders of Punk. CM looks as if he is about to hit the GTS, but he turns his head and looks at the turnbuckle. He looks at the camera and smirks. He rests Sydal on the top of the turnbuckle… Punk climbs up and puts Sydal’s head between his legs. He hooks up his arms in his hands. The fans begin to cheer… hinting for Punk to turn face. Punk jumps off, hitting a thunderous Pepsi Plunge!!! Sydal lays lifeless on the mat. Punk smirks and makes the cover.
1…2…3!
“Here is YOUR winner, and the man that will enter Extreme Opportunity at Apocalypse….. C….M….PUNK!!!!!”
Punk hops up, and raises his hand in victory, as the fans cheer him on. Punk slides under the ring, and heads to the back as “This Fire Burns” plays. He slaps a few of the fans hands. He turns around once again and raises his hand, before exiting the arena. Punk’s music dies down and we look back at Sydal, who is slowly pulling himself up.
Sydal looks up at the tron as this starts to play. He looks on in fear as Johnny Stamboli begins to make his way down the ring, with a lead pipe at hand. Sydal rolls out of the ring, and tries to escape, but the fans won’t let him through. Sydal charges Stamboli, and ducks the first swing with the pipe, Matt connects his fist on the face of Johnny. Stamboli grabs his face, and spits out some blood. He jabs the pipe into the gut of Sydal, then smashes it over his head. He picks him up, and slams him down with the Gorilla Press Slam. Sydal, lies on the ramp. Gallons of blood pouring from his head. Stamboli stands over him and yells into his face.
“That’s what happened when you don’t pay yah debts to Nunzio!”
Stamboli stands on his feet. He smiles, and picks up his lead pipe, as LOE fades to a commercial break.
Jeff Hardy and Twisted def. Miz and Morrison
Jeff pins Miz
We cut backstage. A door, with a golden plate on it that has “General Manager Kammy” engraved into it. The door swings open, and the number one contendor, Raven walks out. He smirks, and straightens out his coat. He begins to make way down the hallway… He is stopped, by Funaki.
Funaki:
“Waven, Waven!!! What was dat all about?”
Raven smirks, and ignores the question. He continues walking.
Funaki:
“Come on Waven, tell us!”
Raven:
“Why… then that would ruin the surprise… HaHaHa!”
Raven leaves, leaving Funaki alone in the halls, and leaving us to flee to a commercial break.
